The Not Ya Mama's Louisiana State Championship Chili Cook-Off will be held during this year's W.O.W. Spring Fling, which is from 9am-3pm on Saturday, April 5, 2025.

This event is an ICS sanctioned cooking event.  The winner of each category will be eligible to participate in the World Championships. 
Think you got what it takes?  Think your chili is the best around?  You can enter this event by going to the ICS World Championships website and enter your bad self there!  Or if you're not into cooking and just like to eat, then get yourself to this and try all the chili and you decide which you like best!

We will be taking reservations for official judges once we get closer to the event date.  Watch here to register to be a judge if that interests you.
