Vendor Space Information

  • Booth Size: 10 ft x 10 ft outdoor space

  • Cost: $25 per booth

  • Vendors must provide their own:

    • Tent/canopy (recommended)

    • Tables

    • Chairs

    • Displays

    • Power supply (if needed)


 Important Guidelines

  • This is an outdoor event held rain or shine 

  • Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable

  • Vendors are responsible for securing items and maintaining their space

  • The Calhoun Civic Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items

  • All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community event

  • Food vendors must comply with applicable health regulations

 

 Setup & Logistics

  • Vendors may begin setup at: 8am

  • All booths must be ready by: 9am

  • Breakdown begins at: 3pm


Agreement & Acknowledgement

By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and understand the vendor guidelines

  • I agree to comply with all event rules and local regulations

  • I accept responsibility for my booth, products, and personal property

  • I understand vendor fees are non-refundable

  • I release the Calhoun Civic Club and event organizers from liability related to participation
